Cute hotel with some hiccups

The room was super cute and comfy, and I could pick my floor, which was nice! I felt safe parking at night too. The pool was closed though, and the breakfast options were pretty scarce. Plus, the room had a bit of an old smell and some things just didn't work right.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were amazing, location was favourable in a good area. The room was amazingly comfortable plus it had TV, coffee/tea makers and a writing desk. The bathroom was nice, the king size bed too.

Ok hotel nothing fancy but good.

We were told if you use booking it counts a queen suite double with two queen beds as a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed. We asked the staff and they said booking is the reason and they had no other rooms. So I slept on a three inch mattress across what felt like rail road tracks. No good.

great location and comfy stay

Nice lobby area and friendly front desk staff. My room was a decent size, comfortable bed, super clean. Had good amenities like a desk, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee maker. Short walk to my venue. The fitness center looked good too.

Well staffed and well maintained facility. Outstanding people working the front desk. Very nice location with green space all around, convenience store, shopping and restaurants nearby. Multiple entrances so parking is always close to room.

There were several families with young and pre-teen children staying there. They were pretty noisy in pool area and ran up and down the halls. Facility had a strict published "no noise after 11" policy, which they seemed to adhere to, but it was still rather annoying to have kids running and screaming in the halls between 9 and 11 PM.

Great and convenient setting, right by nice restaurants and a baseball tournament. Easy to find nice location. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Shots visit Applebee's, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was not a good place to find .

We found great prices at the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; everything was nice. The property is conveniently located near a restaurant, sights in Davenport, and the railroad. It is also close to many restaurants.

Comfortable room, quiet, clean and nice bathroom.

Front desk did not have information on local casinos and activitiers

The free breakfast here offers plenty of food choices 🥐. The rooms are really nice and classy, complete with a comfy sofa bed and a microwave. The staff is friendly and polite.

Very helpful staff, hotel was nice & clean. Close to many Resturants. Easy access on & off Intetstate .

Even tho hotel was near interstate it seemed a bit out of the way in a dark neighborhood.

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet area and has a great location nearby. The room I stayed in was newly renovated with a very clean bathroom and a super comfy bed, plus it had nice amenities.

The hotel met all our needs. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but I would like to have stayed longer.

The only complaint was the road construction in the area made it difficult to get around. Hopefully if we come back to Iowa the construction will be done.

Conveniently located near various restaurants 🍽️ and within walking distance to a baseball tournament and the iwireless center. The rooms come equipped with a sofa bed, microwave, and a separate bedroom for added comfort.
